Odd. Where were they? The Harbour Commission have proper anchorages for yachts. Having hung over the side with a boathook to haul the buoy and hoop aboard to tie the yacht to it I'm not sure that these would perform. They look to be in shallow water too.
You may have heard of Project 365 in whic people post a photograph every day for a year. This is my version – the idea is to post a photo taken every day but I am realistic enough to know that there will be a day or two missed during the year.
terrible - just terrible!!! not the photo - the fact that those oil drums are in the water - they don't belong there gosh darn it.
ReplyDeleteI assume they are there intentionally. I think they are chained to the bottom for people to moor boats to.
