Bought a cheap heart beat monitor today - it's just gone up - probably the thought of working in the loft has upped my stress levels.

Does it need a chest strap to work?
ReplyDelete81 seems like a fairly healthy resting pulse rate.
Yes, it has a chest strap but you hardly notice it's there. Not that I wear it very much - just when I know I'm going to be exerting myself.
